Ismaray Borrego has over 10 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Ismaray began their career in 2010 as a Guest Service Representative at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Ismaray was then promoted to Rooms Coordinator and then to Front Office Supervisor. In 2015, they moved to Faena Group as a Front Desk Manager. In 2017, they joined sbe Group as a Front Office Manager SLS Brickell. In 2018, they joined EveryMundo as People Operations Manager and later took on the role of Operations, Culture and Events Manager. Ismaray is proud to work for one of South Florida Business Journals 2022 Best Companies to Work for and Healthiest Employers.

Ismaray Borrego obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2007 and 2011. In April 2021, Ismaray Borrego also obtained an Online Human Resource Management Certificate from FIU Executive Education.
