Katie Richardson

Katie Richardson, SPHR, is an experienced People Operations Manager currently at The Predictive Index, with a history of progressive roles including Team Lead and Recruiter. Prior to this, Katie served as Director of Recruitment at College for Social Innovation and held various talent management positions at Citizen Schools, where responsibilities included workforce planning, employee relations, and full cycle recruitment. Before that, Katie worked as Regional Recruitment Manager for City Year, focusing on developing diverse applicant pools and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple states. Katie began a career at City Year as an AmeriCorps Member. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology and Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.
