Joel Machado

Joel Machado has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies in the financial industry. Joel'smost recent position is as the Head of Latin America at Everysk Technologies, a Fintech company specializing in automation for investment funds. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager for Latin America at AxiomSL, where they successfully implemented a new global strategy resulting in a major M&A event. Joel also led a multi-disciplinary team across six countries, contributing to 17% of the Group's net profit. Joel has also held key roles at GFI Group, CME Group, Integral Development Corp., Bloomberg, Bradesco BBI, and Banco Sofisa S/A, where they gained experience in business development, sales, trading, and management.

Joel Machado attended MIT Professional Education in 2021 and obtained a certificate in Leadership & Innovation. Joel also obtained additional certifications in Data Science: Visualization and Data Science: R Basics from HarvardX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University through edX. In 1995, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business. In 1999, they attended HEC Paris and received a degree in "Diriger une entreprise, une approche innovatrice." Additionally, in 1998, they participated in the BBA Global Business Program at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2002, they pursued an Executive MBA (Non Degree) in Finance from Ibmec.

Joel Machado also obtained certifications in Series 72 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2015 and a Gestor de Carteiras certification from CVM in 2012.
