Joshua Lopour is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and real estate sectors. As Co-Founder of EveryState since August 2021, Joshua has been instrumental in building a technology-backed real estate brokerage that specializes in services for single-family rental investors, operating in over 30 states and 100 markets. Additionally, Joshua serves as Principal at DataLoft, focusing on innovation for legacy companies. Previous roles include General Manager at Zillow following the acquisition of Retsly—a company co-founded by Joshua, which aimed to create an open ecosystem for the real estate industry. Joshua also co-founded AppLa.bz, achieving profitability by delivering a Facebook IDX solution for MLS subscribers, and served as Director at PixSpree, where Joshua helped scale the startup to 20 million unique users within six months. Early career experience includes a directorial role at Entertainment Tonight. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
