Patrick Lewsen

Patrick Lewsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Patrick began their career as a Senior Consultant at AG Consulting in 1996 and later joined Newman Group as a Senior Consultant in 1996. At Newman Group, they excelled at delivering talent management solutions and successfully served multiple Fortune 500 companies. In 1999, Patrick worked as a Vice President of Recruiting at Northrop Grumman before transitioning to a role as a Consultant at Georgia Pacific later that year. In 2002, they joined Capital One as a Senior Manager for a brief period. In 2003, Patrick founded Everything And The Dog, a successful dog walking and pet sitting company based in the Washington DC area where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner. Alongside their entrepreneurial ventures, Patrick has also pursued their passion for sailing. Patrick worked as a Sailor/Captain at Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating from 2015 to 2018 and as a Sailing Instructor at JWorld Performance Sailing School from 2015 to 2017.

Patrick Lewsen attended George Mason University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from J.M. Hanks in 1986. In addition, Patrick Lewsen obtained certification in Pet First Aid from Pet Tech Inc in 2014.
