Jim Ginther

Jim Ginther is the CEO & Co-Owner of U.S. Compliance Corporation, a company specializing in EHS consulting services. Prior to this, Jim was the President/Founder of Mindsharp and worked in Brand Management and Market Field Representation at Procter & Gamble. Jim is also a former member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world's largest CEO peer advisory and executive coaching organization. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
