Krystal Lopilato

Krystal LoPilato is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and policy advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Policy Advocacy for the Western and Southern Regions at Everytown for Gun Safety since August 2022, Krystal focuses on advancing state legislative advocacy within the nation's largest gun violence prevention organization. Prior to this role, Krystal was a Partner at Villarreal Hutner PC, where expertise included compliance counseling, workplace investigations, and litigation in employment law. Krystal's career also includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins and Gordon & Rees LLP, specializing in employment law and litigation. Krystal holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics, magna cum laude, from Pomona College.
