Stress Engineer Lead at Eviation

Nison Pekker has extensive experience in stress engineering and analysis in the aerospace industry. Nison is currently serving as the Stress Engineer Lead at Eviation Aircraft since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jamco America as a Principal Stress Engineer from January 2019 to April 2022. Nison also served as a Lead Stress Engineer at Zodiac Aerospace from September 2013 to October 2018, where they led and managed a team of 7 engineers on multiple projects, communicated with stakeholders, and performed detailed finite element analysis on galleys. Before that, they worked at Greenpoint Technologies as a Stress Analysis Engineer from May 2012 to March 2013, where they conducted structural stress analysis on VIP interior installations and prepared analysis reports. Nison gained substantial experience as a Structural Analysis Engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Interiors Responsibility Center from April 2008 to May 2012, where they performed substantiation and stress analysis on interior commodities and support structures. Nison began their career as a Stress Analysis Engineer at Israel Aerospace Industries, Engineering Division from June 2001 to November 2007, leading R&D projects, conducting stress analyses on composite components, and preparing test plans and reports.

Nison Pekker pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering, starting with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Tomsk State University in Russia from 1985 to 1991. Nison then furthered their academic journey by attaining a Ph.D. in the same field from Tel-Aviv University in Israel between 1996 and 2000.
