Dwight Kingdon

Dwight Kingdon is an experienced Agile leader with a robust background in coaching and transforming organizations towards agile methodologies and frameworks. Currently serving as Agile Coaching Senior Manager at eviCore healthcare, Dwight leads a team of Agile Coaches while providing ongoing guidance to enhance Agile maturity. Previously, at Mindtree, Dwight functioned as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Program Director, where key client Agile assessments and transformations were executed. Earlier roles include successful Agile transformation initiatives at Allstate and management of IT systems at Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Systems Analysis from Taylor University.
