Ken Reach has extensive experience in infrastructure services and IT leadership. Ken worked as the VP of Infrastructure Services at eviCore healthcare, where they led the integration of two merged companies and built an enterprise-wide Infrastructure Services organization. Ken also led major technology transformation projects, including the consolidation of data centers and network platforms.

Prior to this, Ken worked as the VP of Service Delivery Systems at QBE North America, where they led teams responsible for project delivery, systems maintenance, and support for various systems platforms. Ken successfully completed a major storage refresh project, implementing new storage platforms in two primary data centers.

Before QBE North America, Ken worked at QBE FIRST as the VP of Systems Hosting & Op Support and later as the Director of Enterprise IT Systems. In these roles, they led infrastructure design and implementation teams and played a key role in the implementation of a new co-located data center and virtualization strategy for data center consolidation.

Earlier in their career, Ken worked at ZC Sterling as the Manager of Desktop & Network Services, where they created an enterprise support organization and led projects to optimize computing environments. Ken also worked as a Technical Project Coordinator, managing the infrastructure activities for the development and implementation of a workflow system.

Ken's career began at Crowley Maritime, where they served in various technical systems roles and as a LAN Administrator. Ken played a key role in implementing new systems, converging domains, and migrating data centers.

Ken Reach attended Oxford College of Emory University from 1980 to 1982, where they received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Ken then enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1986, pursuing a field of study in Information & Computer Science.
