Lucia Savage

Lucia Savage is an accomplished Chief Privacy and Regulatory Officer at Omada Health since February 2017, also serving as an advisor at Evidation Health since June 2021. Previously, Lucia held the position of Chief Privacy Officer at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services from October 2014 to January 2017 and was Senior Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealthcare from January 2008 to October 2014, providing strategic legal advice in areas such as HIPAA and health information exchange. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel for the Pacific Business Group on Health and PacAdvantage, and Compliance Manager at Stanford University. Lucia holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and multiple Bachelor's degrees in U.S. History from Mills College.
