Rajesh Hariharan is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Head of Recruiting for Digital (Global) and the Americas at Eviden, Rajesh has previously held significant positions such as Head of Recruitment for the Americas at Atos and Head of Talent Acquisition for Atos|Syntel covering the Americas, UK, and EU. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd and Sr. Manager at the World Bank Group. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
