Annabel Ayles (Shepherd-Barron) is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Evident since June 2022, Annabel has led innovative initiatives while previously serving as Partner and Head of Partnerships at Tortoise Media from February 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Annabel worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant from May 2015 to January 2019, and had a brief secondment as a Senior Business Development Analyst at National Geographic Partners. Earlier in the career, Annabel provided entrepreneurial advisory services at Balloon Ventures and gained experience as a Summer Associate at BCG. Annabel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an International Baccalaureate from Sevenoaks School.
