Evident Change
Kathy Park has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy began their career as an Economic Support Services Case Manager at the Gwinnett County Department of Family and Children Services in 1992. Kathy then held roles as a Social Services Case Manager, Family Preservation and a Child Protective Services Investigator before ultimately becoming a Social Services Supervisor. In 1997, Kathy transitioned to the GA Division of Family and Children Services, where they worked as a Policy Consultant until 2000. In the same year, they joined Pathways Transition Programs, Inc. as an Administrative Director. Kathy has been with Evident Change since 2000, where they have held various positions, including Senior Research Associate, Senior Researcher, Assistant Director, Vice President, Acting President, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In their role as Vice President, Kathy had the responsibility of coordinating programmatic efforts and organizational operations across NCCD's offices in Madison, WI, Oakland, CA, and Washington D.
