Aditya Sardesai

Aditya Sardesai is an experienced professional in health economics and outcomes research, currently serving as Associate Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2024. Prior to this role, Aditya spent over eight years at Evidera, progressing from Research Associate I to Senior Research Associate in Modeling & Simulation within the health economics sector. Aditya's early career includes operations research internships at BNSF Railway and Norfolk Southern Corporation, where skills in predictive analysis and simulation modeling were developed. Aditya holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
