Laura Sayegh is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in real-world evidence and non-interventional studies. Currently, Laura works at Evidera, where the role has evolved from Research Associate III to Senior Research Associate and ultimately to Research Scientist since joining in June 2019. Following the acquisition of Evidera by Thermo Fisher Scientific in December 2021, Laura took on the position of Senior Research Associate in Strategic & Scientific Affairs. Previous professional experience includes serving as a Senior Medical Writer at Altasciences and various roles at Algorithme Pharma, including Senior Clinical Research Scientist and Medical Writer. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, along with earlier studies at CEGEP - John Abbott College.
