Penny Willcock is an experienced product and marketing professional, currently serving as the Head of Product at Evie Networks since October 2022. Previously, Penny worked at Optus for over 12 years, where roles included Director of Strategy & Experience in Customer Success, leading the development of long-term strategies, and Associate Director positions focused on care strategy, digital product management, and customer experience innovation.
