Roger Salinas has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2008, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Rico's Grafix until 2014. In 2012, they had an Operations Internship at Milton Manufacturing and also worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Wayne State University. In 2015, they gained hands-on construction experience through an Apprenticeship at Oscar's Cement Co., where they learned skills related to construction and operating heavy machinery. Roger also had an opportunity as an Architectural Extern at G.H. Forbes Associates Architects during spring break that year. Starting in 2016, Roger joined Eview 360 as an Architectural Designer and later became a Project Manager in 2020. Additionally, they served as a Board Member (Website Chair) at the National Organization of Minority Architects from 2017 to 2018.

Roger Salinas has a strong educational background in architecture. Roger pursued their Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from the University of Michigan from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Architecture from the same institution from 2013 to 2015.

Before attending the University of Michigan, Roger Salinas studied Mathematics at Wayne State University from 2010 to 2013, although they did not complete a specific degree during that time.

In addition to their formal education, Roger Salinas has also obtained a certification as an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design from Autodesk in April 2022.
