Troy manages the implementation team including the end to end process to ensure adoption. The simplicity of the configuration for both users and also the configuration team makes the platform exceptionally friendly for an SaaS product. The no code Control panel allows the config team to build sites bespoke to the clients requirements totally code free. This expands the scope of people that can work within the Control Panel, meaning they do not need people that can work with code to assist with configuration for client sites.
