Aaron Pence

Aaron Pence has extensive experience in actuarial and analytics roles. Aaron is currently the Head of Actuarial and Analytics at Evio, a pharmacy solutions startup. In this role, they lead a team in using data analytics and predictive modeling to prove the effectiveness of a patient-specific approach to medication. Prior to joining Evio, Aaron served as a Managing Director at Aon from 2020 to 2022. Aaron also worked at Vively Health as the Director of Actuarial and Analytics from 2019 to 2020. Before that, Aaron worked at Aon for six years as an AVP and Consulting Actuary. Aaron started their career at Mercer as a Senior Analyst and later worked at Promerit Solutions as a Partner. Aaron's earlier experience includes working as an Audit Manager at Cable Audit Associates.

Aaron Pence obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2002. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the same institution. In 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained certifications as a Fellow from the Society of Actuaries and as a Member from the American Academy of Actuaries.
