Allison Gathard-Esposto has extensive experience in customer education and adoption. Allison is currently serving as the Director of Customer Education & Adoption at Evisort since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at LexisNexis Intellectual Property from 2015 to 2021, holding the role of Manager of Education and Customer Adoption. In this position, they effectively hired, trained, and managed Customer Adoption Specialists, implemented training programs, and provided white glove training to top priority accounts. Allison also served as a Customer Adoption Specialist at LexisNexis Intellectual Property from 2015 to 2020, where they trained IP professionals on the suite of patent products, developed multimedia visual aids, and received the MVP award in 2018. Before their time at LexisNexis, they worked as a Government Training Consultant at LexisNexis from 2011 to 2015, providing consulting services and training to government customers. Allison also has experience as a Law Library Assistant at the San Francisco County Law Library from 2006 to 2011, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Heald College in 2010. Allison started their career as the Director of the Kings County Law Library and Small Claims Advisor Program, where they managed the library budget, organized board meetings, and established a public outreach program.
Allison Gathard-Esposto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Legal Studies option from California State University, Chico. Allison also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the same university. Furthermore, they earned a JD degree from the New College of California, School of Law. Additionally, Allison has various certifications including Evisort Academy's Automation Hub Admin, Evisort Advanced User, Evisort Admin Tools, and Evisort 101. Allison also possesses a Certificate of Completion in PIUG's Patent Searching Fundamentals.
