Morris Ramonat

Morris Ramonat has over 20 years of experience in the casino industry. Morris began their career as a Dealer at MGM Grand in 1999 and later moved on to become a Pit Manager at Greektown Casino from 2000 to 2007. Morris then worked as a Pit Manager and backup Shift Manager at Four Winds Casino Resort from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they served as an Assistant Shift Manager at Red Hawk Casino from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Table Games Shift Manager at The Rivers Casino, where they managed the day-to-day operations of 80+ table games and 250 employees. Since 2013, Morris has been the Director of Gaming Operations at Rocky Gap Casino Resort.

Morris Ramonat attended Macomb Community College from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued an unspecified degree or field of study. Later, they enrolled in a program called "Heart of a Leader" at BrandonWJohnson, where they earned a degree in that field. Finally, they obtained a certificate in Slot Performance Analysis from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
