Mikael Peltonen

Mikael Peltonen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director in Corporate Finance at Evli since October 2022, specializing in M&A and ECM. Prior to this role, Mikael worked as an Investment Analyst at Korona Invest, focusing on private equity investments in Finnish SMEs, and held positions at PwC Finland providing M&A advisory services. Mikael's career began with internships at Translink Corporate Finance and Danske Bank, where skills in corporate finance and capital markets were developed. Mikael holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Turku School of Economics, alongside an exchange degree from ISCTE Business School and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance.
