Joshua Beck has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Joshua started their career in 2001 as a Financial Services Representative at Susquehanna Bank and worked there for five years. Joshua then joined L3 in 2006, where they held different positions such as Recruiting Coordinator, Technical Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, and Corporate Communications Specialist until 2011. In that year, they also worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at BAE Systems. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at PCI Strategic Management, initially as a Project Manager/Team Lead and later as Help Desk Support. Joshua then joined Cabezon Group Inc. in 2013, first as a Grant Review Facilitator and later as a Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Edwards Performance Solutions as a Project Manager for two years. Joshua then worked at ADG Creative as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2019 and as a Program Manager from 2020 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Evlos Technology, where they have held multiple roles such as Master Scheduler, Partner Program Manager, COMMS Team Lead/Project Manager, and Deputy Portfolio Manager since 2020.
Joshua Beck obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Carroll Community College, which they attended from 2001 to 2002. Joshua then went on to earn a Bachelor's of the Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications including the ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in June 2015, the Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in May 2015, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2015.
