Lyubka Vasileva has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lyubka started their career as a Public Relations Specialist at Municipality Plovdiv from December 2001 to December 2003. Following that, they worked as a Project Program Coordinator at the Association of Municipalities of the South Central Region "HEBER" from December 2003 to December 2006. Since 2011, they have been with EVN Bulgaria, initially serving as an Expert Project Manager and subsequently taking on the role of Head of Team Innovation and EU financed projects. In their role at EVN Bulgaria, they have been responsible for project organization, communication, coordination with external partners, and bringing innovative solutions and opportunities.
Lyubka Vasileva has a diverse education history. Lyubka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" from 1998 to 2002. Lyubka further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from 2003 to 2005. In 2015, Lyubka attended the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems for a certification program that covered Cross-cultural Management, Innovation & Change Management, and the New World of Work & Focus on the Customer. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they attended the Technical University of Sofia to pursue a Master's degree in Energy Management. Additionally, Lyubka holds the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific dates of obtaining the certification are not provided.
