Shteryu Radev has had extensive experience in the legal and regulatory fields. Shteryu began their career in 2005 as a Public Enforcement Agent at the National Revenue Agency in Bulgaria. In 2005, they moved on to INSAOIL, where they served as a Legal Counsel until 2007. Following this, Radev joined EVN Bulgaria as a Legal Counsel and held this position for 16 years, until 2023. During their time at EVN Bulgaria, they also served as Advisor to the Board at Elektrorazpredelenie Yug from May 2023 to October 2023. Radev's most recent role is Head of Regulatory Affairs at EVN Bulgaria, a position they have held since October 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading regulatory compliance efforts, policy analysis, permitting, and regulatory relationship management, ensuring operational alignment with regulations and supporting sustainable growth.
Shteryu Radev pursued their higher education from 1999 to 2004 at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in law, specializing in the field of study.
