Veneta Stoilova has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Veneta currently holds the position of Head of HR Department at EVN Bulgaria, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant and Psychotherapist at PsyConsult-BG Ltd. from June 2022 to May 2023. Veneta also served as the Head of HR Department at ERWO Holding AG from October 2018 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager Global Operations at Sensata Technologies from April 2015 to October 2018, and as an HR Manager at ABB Bulgaria EOOD - branch Rakovski from November 2008 to April 2015. Veneta started their career as an HR Specialist at SOCOTAB from March 2003 to October 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant from January 2001 to December 2002. Veneta also has experience working with social and ethnic groups, disabled people, and pensioners as a Senior Specialist at the Municipality of Plovdiv - East region in 2000, and as a Junior Specialist in Employment Services at the Labour bureau - Plovdiv from March 1996 to October 1999.
Veneta Stoilova holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski". Additionally, they have pursued studies in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy at the Bulgarian Association of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Activities at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski".
