Bill Radtke started their work experience in 1995 as a Sales representative at OnRamp Technologies. Bill then worked as an Installation Project Manager at Southwest Securities from 1997 to 1999. In 1998, they became an Operations Manager at eAds until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Network Specialist for a storage provider. In 2001, they joined Quantum Diagnostic Imaging as the Director of Technology, where they designed and managed the infrastructure of outpatient radiology centers. In 2002, they established their own company called Network Advisement Services, specializing in network solutions for Entertainment and Hospitality Clients. In February 2023, they became the Chief Technology Officer at EVO Entertainment Group.

Bill Radtke began their education at Kingwood High School from 1986 to 1994. Bill then attended Sam Houston State University from 1989 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics. In 2012, they completed an Executive Marketing Program at Southern Methodist University. In 2013, they participated in the Integral Leadership Program at Stagen Academy. Also, at Sam Houston State University, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from 1989 to 1995.
