Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement at EVO Transportation

Allison Greco, PE has a strong background in continuous improvement and process management. Allison is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement at EVO Transportation, where they are leading the company through a successful transformation by adopting new technology and facilitating long-term growth strategy. Prior to this role, Allison founded Continuous Improvement International, where they helped organizations improve their productivity and work culture. Allison also worked as a Virtual Continuous Improvement Officer at the same company. Earlier in their career, Allison served as a Process & Continuous Improvement professional at Williams and as a Sr. Continuous Improvement Program Manager at Black Hills Corporation. Allison gained valuable experience in energy and water conservation initiatives while working as an Energy Manager & Industrial Engineer in the United States Air Force. Additionally, Allison has experience in leadership roles, having held the title of Mrs. Oklahoma America in 2008. Allison also served as a Maintenance Excellence Implementation Leader at BNSF Railway.

Allison Greco, PE holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma – Gallogly College of Engineering, which they obtained in the years 2002-2007. Additionally, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business between 2005 and 2007, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

Furthermore, Greco has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Allison is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, which they received from the ASQ in October 2014. In addition, they have completed the requirements to become an Energy Manager in Training, accredited by the Association of Energy Engineers. Lastly, they are a licensed Professional Engineer by the California State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
