Prior experiences include serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Brassard Goulet Yargeau, overseeing the establishment of HR tools to support organizational growth, and as Responsable des ressources humaines at CorActive High-Tech, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and managing international hiring processes. Corinne began their career in HR consulting roles at Randstad Canada and Microtec, focusing on recruitment, employee integration, and compliance with employment laws. Corinne holds an MBA in Management from Université Laval, obtained in 2009.
