Łukasz Koral

Łukasz Koral has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Łukasz started their career as an Apprentice at Evatronix SA in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a PCB Designer at PUH INEX s.c. and then as a Designer's Assistant at TM TECHNOLOGIE - emergency lighting, where they were engaged in prototype designing, implementation of digital and analog circuits, and PCB designs. Łukasz continued their journey at PUH INEX s.c., this time as a Project and Release Manager from 2011 to 2020. In 2011, they also founded their own company, Koral Electronics, where they took on the role of an Owner. In 2020, Łukasz joined Evojam as a Project Manager and is currently working there. Additionally, since 2022, they have been working as a Trainer at infoShare Academy.

Łukasz Koral has an education history that includes obtaining a Master of Science degree in Electronic and Telecommunication from The Silesian University of Technology. Łukasz completed this degree between 2005 and 2010. In addition, Łukasz is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Łukasz started this program in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2023.

Furthermore, Łukasz has acquired several certifications in the field of agile and project management. These include Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ (PSFS), Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II), Team Kanban Practitioner, Professional Agile Leadership™ - Evidence-Based Management™ (PAL-EBM), Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I), Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I). Additionally, Łukasz has obtained industry-specific certifications such as Confirmation of participation in EMC Seminar, PCB Designer Certification Course, and Hi-Speed Design Course. These certifications were acquired between 2011 and 2023 from institutions such as Scrum.org, Kanban University, Mentor Graphics, The Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG, and Wurth Elektronik.
