Andrew Lafleur

Andrew Lafleur has a long and varied work experience. Andrew began their career at ConocoPhillips in 2006, where they held several roles including Integrated Operations Engineering Lead, Reservoir Engineer, and Reservoir & Production Engineer. In 2011, they joined Technical Toolboxes and was quickly promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). During their time there, they transformed the sales, marketing, and customer success functions, resulting in a 600% increase in valuation over three years and a successful exit to Private Equity at 14x EBITDA. In 2022, they joined Vijilan Security as an Advisory Board Member and evoleap as a CxO Advisor. Andrew is currently Vice President of Growth & Technology at OVS Group.

Andrew Lafleur obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a Communication Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in October 2016.
