Brent Wiessner

Brent Wiessner, CIA, currently serves as Managing Director of Internal Audit at Evolent since March 2024. Previously, Brent held multiple positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from July 2019 to March 2024, including Director of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management and Director of Enterprise Risk Management. Earlier experience includes roles such as Sr. Manager of Internal Audit at Polaris Industries and Internal Audit Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Brent's career began at Eide Bailly LLP as an Audit Associate, followed by various positions in internal audit and risk management at organizations such as The Mosaic Company, MTS Systems, and Patterson Dental. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business.
