Danielle Richardson, MBA, currently serves as Director of Talent Management at Evolent, where the focus is on transforming healthcare delivery for individuals with complex conditions. Previously, Danielle held roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Immanuel, and as an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Research Consultant at Drake University, specializing in workplace dynamics.
