Karishma Mann

Karishma Mann, MBA, BSN, RN, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Evolent Health since July 2023, following a role as Managing Director of Clinical Transformation and Value Based Care at New Century Health. With extensive experience in clinical quality leadership and value-based care, Karishma previously held positions such as Director of VBC & Quality at The US Oncology Network and Manager of Ambulatory Quality & Clinical Integration at Northwestern Medicine. Karishma's career is marked by a strong focus on quality improvement initiatives, operational efficiencies, and clinical integration programs. An expert in training and development, Karishma has also worked as an Acting Clinical Educator and filled nursing roles in various healthcare settings, beginning as a Staff RN. Karishma holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BSN from Loyola University Chicago.
