Matthew Lawrence

Matthew Lawrence is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Associate Director of IT End User Services at Evolent since November 2018. Responsibilities include managing IT security incidents and overseeing workstation recovery processes through the CSIRT. Previously, Matthew held managerial roles in Identity & Access Management and Desktop Security, where responsibilities included designing the Desktop Security team and formulating IT Security Policies. Matthew's career began in technical support at Geek Squad City, Best Buy, where notable contributions included leading a team of technicians and serving as the primary liaison for Lenovo repairs. With hands-on expertise in hardware and software support, Matthew's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from Sullivan College of Technology and Design along with training from Code Louisville and Treehouse.
