Brice PLAVONIL

Brice PLAVONIL has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Brice is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Evolito Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Boeing as a Software Engineer from January 2022 to July 2022.

Before their work at Boeing, Brice held the role of Principal System & Software Engineer at Rolls-Royce. Brice worked on various projects related to jet engine and UltraFan engine software development, using tools such as Simulink-Matlab, Git, and TFS in an Agile Scrum framework. Brice also led the development of a Software Dataload system for one of their FADEC engines.

Brice began their career at Emerson Industrial Automation as a Senior Software Engineer in Safety Motion Control, where they worked on the development and certification of a new safety module for their Drive products.

Prior to that, they worked at Thales Services as a Real-Time Development Engineer, focusing on the development of flight plan processing systems and validation tests. Brice also worked as a Software Development Engineer, where they were involved in the validation and verification of flight management systems.

Brice also gained experience at APSIDE / ACTIA AUTOMOTIVE as a Software Engineer, working on the design, development, and validation tests of an embedded communication module for automotive calculators.

Earlier in their career, they worked at SOGETI High Tech GmbH as a Software Engineer on the analysis, development, and validation tests of an AIRBUS FMS simulator.

Brice started their career with an internship at Spot Image, where they worked on image processing and the detection of hydrographic elements in satellite images.

Brice PLAVONIL earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematical Modelling and Computational Methods from the University of Paul Sabatier in 2006. In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from institution 1110578 in August 2019.
