Jon Moorhouse

Jon Moorhouse has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jon has held the position of General Counsel at Evolito Ltd since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner and Consultant Solicitor at Keystone Law from 2019 to 2022, specializing in technology and intellectual property. Jon also co-founded and served as CEO of Venture Adventures from 2019 to the present. Jon worked as the General Counsel at YASA, an electric vehicle company, from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Jon held various legal roles at Shell from 2006 to 2019, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, specializing in intellectual property. Jon started their career as an Associate and Trainee at Allen & Overy, where they gained valuable experience in the legal industry. Jon also had internship trainee positions at Allen & Overy and Marks & Clerk. Overall, they have a strong background in technology, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and business support across different sectors.

Jon Moorhouse attended Stockport Grammar School from 1986 to 1993. Jon then went on to pursue a BA (Joint Honours) in Physics & Philosophy at the University of Oxford from 1993 to 1996. After completing their undergraduate degree, they enrolled at Queen Mary University of London from 1996 to 1997 to pursue an MSc in the Management of Intellectual Property. Jon later went on to attend the College of Law, London from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a CPE Law Conversion Diploma & Legal Practice Course.
