Mona-Lisa Pois

Mona-Lisa Pois has extensive experience in client relations and business development, currently serving as Chargée de mission RSE and Business Developer at EVOLUCARE since February 2022. Responsibilities include developing commercial strategies, prospecting new clients, assisting with client follow-ups, and conducting in-depth research on prospects. Prior roles include Téléconseillère at AVISO DIRECT and Teleperformance, as well as Conseiller client at C&A, where customer service and retention were key focus areas. Mona-Lisa is pursuing a professional degree in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, and Environment at IUT Lyon 1 and holds a BTS in Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations from GRETA Auvergne, alongside a degree in Information Communication from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences.
