Jessica Novak

Jessica Novak joined Evolus in November 2021 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Evolus, Jessica was Senior Vice President in charge of total rewards, organizational and talent development, and learning and culture functions at RGP, a next-generation global human capital firm. Prior to RGP, Jessica was the global head of HR and a member of the Executive Leader Team at Ambry Genetics and has additional experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and education industries. A board member of the National Human Resource Association, Jessica earned a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Oregon. She also earned her MS. in Human Resources Management at Chapman University.
