Courtney Orsinelli is a versatile professional with extensive experience in venture capital, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. Currently, as a Partner at Evolutionary Ventures and Evolution, Courtney Orsinelli focuses on investing in and developing startups with a stakeholder-centric approach and transforming leaders and organizations through meaningful coaching. Previously, Courtney Orsinelli founded and served as Head Consultant, Fractional CFO, and CHRO at Do You Ventures, supporting over 100 hospitality startups globally. Additional experience includes leadership roles as General Manager at Wanderlust and Cafe Gratitude, where accountability for team performance and financial outcomes was paramount. Courtney Orsinelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
