Jess Montgomery-Ruben is the founder of We Are Kusudi and a seasoned coach and fractional Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer. With a diverse background in strategy, people, and operations, Jess served as the fractional Chief People Officer at Walking on Earth from 2021 to 2024, where they contributed to key strategic projects and led programs focused on human health and happiness. Jess co-founded Mentor Stories, an initiative aimed at increasing diversity in the tech sector, and currently holds a board trustee position with the Born Free Foundation. Jess is pursuing a Master of Science in Sociology and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford.
