Jesper von Bahr

Jesper von Bahr is an experienced legal and strategic professional with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Evolution since February 2011. His extensive experience includes roles as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Legal Officer at the same company. Jesper served on the board of Ventilation Holding Sweden AB and Swedish Hasbeens and held positions as Partner at Lofalk Advokatbyrå AB, General Counsel at Rebtel, and Legal Counsel at The Swedish Housing Finance Corporation. Previous experience includes working as a lawyer at Advokatfirman Cederquist KB and as a Management Consultant at McKinsey&Co. Jesper holds an L.L.M in Law from Stockholm University and also studied at the University of California, Davis.
