Sara Boman

Sara Boman is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a professional background spanning several companies in the talent acquisition field. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Evolution since September 2023, Sara previously held the same role at Evolution from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Sara worked as the TA Lead for Engineering at Doctrin from March 2020 to August 2021 and had brief stints at Visdom Technologies Inc. and Cambio Healthcare Systems as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Sara's career also includes leadership roles at Grooo, where responsibilities included Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Team Lead, as well as a Talent Acquisition Trainer position at Multisoft AB. Sara's professional journey began in sales at ICA from 2011 to 2015. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Stockholms universitet, earned from 2012 to 2015.
