Gary's favorite Guiding Principle - "Celebrate success wildly" - perfectly sums up his personality, for the end goal of Gary's every effort is success. He really enjoys teaching new associates how best to be effective sales people, inspiring his team to reach record-breaking results, providing lucrative incentives for their efforts, and most of all - celebrating their accomplishments with them. In Gary's opinion, "The only thing better than receiving a signed contract is being recognized amongst your peers for outstanding performance. Evolution Hospitality gets it; we love to reward success."
Gary's other passion is creating a sales culture that is constantly evolving. He enjoys working with smart people with positive attitudes and together they are not afraid to try new things that challenge standard hotel practices.
Gary is an East Coast transplant and his strategic work approach fits comfortably with the well-defined values and ethics at Evolution Hospitality. Family is also very important to Gary, both his own (Gary has three beautiful and talented daughters) as well as his Evolution family. For Gary, balancing both is the key to being a successful sales professional.
