Previously, from November 2008 to May 2015, Thomas worked at Lloyds Bank in various roles, primarily as a case manager. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Physical Geography from Lancaster University, completed between 2004 and 2007, and has earned a Certificate in Mortgage Advice from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
