Madalina Petrescu, CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the International HR Business Partner at Evolution Power Tools Limited since April 2016, Madalina has previously held HR roles at The Sheffield College, Nestle Research & Development Centre, Decathlon Romania, and InBev.
