Matthew J. Vahsholtz, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Matthew J. started their career at Zachry Construction Corporation as a General Laborer, where they gained exposure to various trades and obtained a Top Secret security clearance for The New Embassy Construction Project. Matthew J. then joined Baker Hughes, where they held multiple roles including Field Engineer, District Engineer, and Applications Engineer. In these positions, they managed teams, coordinated projects, provided engineering support, and ensured a smooth work environment. Currently, Matthew is working at Evolution Well Services as the Director of Engineering, where they oversee the engineering department and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and fleet build projects.

Matthew J. Vahsholtz, P.E. earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they obtained a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) from the Texas Department of Transportation. Later, in 2014, they became a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
