Nicholas Ruppelt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicholas began their career as a Business Intern at Eemax Inc. in 2011. Nicholas then moved on to GE Aviation, where they served as a Project Engineer - Co-Op in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Operations Analyst - Co-Op at Goldman Sachs. In 2014, they gained experience as a Lean Engineer - Co-Op at GE Energy Management. After that, they joined Siemens as part of their Sales Development Program in 2015 and later became an Account Manager and Sales Team Lead. In 2019, they joined Evolution Well Services as the Director of Sales, and in 2020, they assumed the role of Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Digital Strategy and Business Development at Evolution Well Services.

Nicholas Ruppelt attended Saint Xavier High School. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration at Northeastern University. Following their undergraduate studies, Nicholas furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from Villanova University.
