Kevin Charlton

Kevin Charlton is the current Director at Evolv Technology. Prior to their current position, Kevin held various positions at different companies including F&S Tool, Inc., NewHold Investment Corporation, GiveEvolv, American Allwaste, NewHold Enterprises, and Daseke Inc.

Kevin's previous position at Daseke Inc. was Board Member from February 2017 to January 2021. At Dancing Deer Baking Co., Kevin was a Member of the Board of Directors from August 2014 to January 2019. Kevin also served as President, COO, and Board Member at Hennessy Capital LLC from October 2013 to October 2018. Lastly, Kevin was also a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc from 2013 until their resignation in 2018.

Kevin Charlton graduated with a BSE cum laude in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. Kevin then went on to earn their MSE with Honors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. Finally, they obtained their MBA with Distinction in International Finance from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
